The Swiss folk musician Peter Freund wears the high-tech kybun shoe footwear off stage. Initial reactions notwithstanding, today he feels relief for his knees, comfort and wellbeing. Now he no longer wants to give up soft, elastic walking.
Peter Freund and his group SängerFREUNDe toured the country with the Swiss dialect rapper Bligg and Grand Prix winner Stefan Roos. With their traditional music paired with modern sounds, they took the hearts of the young, the young at heart and open-minded traditionalists by storm. Anyone who stands on stage so often in their free time, alongside a job as professional firefighter, knows the value of comfortable shoes. Thanks to a Korean fellow musician, the Appenzell native became aware of the kybun shoe and, after initial reservations, discovered the benefits of the Swiss shoes. Today he enjoys the feeling of wellbeing and wears the shoe frequently off stage.
